Marval advised Digital360 S.p.A. on the execution of an agreement for the acquisition of Xona's mayority share capital

On January 24, 2022, Digital360 S.p.A. ("Digital360") closed a binding agreement for the acquisition of 51% of Emprendimientos Aéreos S.R.L. ("XONA"), a company engaged in the provision of digital marketing and communication services for the development of its clients' businesses, including services ranging from communication to event organization, content strategy and public relations activities.

Marval O'Farrell Mairal advised Digital360 in the execution of an agreement whereby Digital360, upon becoming the majority partner of XONA, will jointly with the local partners enter a joint venture in which they will use their respective experience and knowledge for the purpose of developing and extending Xona's activities in the region.
