Bioceres Argentina S.A. successfully completed the listing of Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp on NYSE American
Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal advised the agricultural biotech company Bioceres Argentina S.A. on the completion of the previously announced business combination of its subsidiary Bioceres LLC with Union Acquisition Corp., a company listed on NYSE American.
The transaction, initially signed in November 2018, was completed on March 14, 2019 and the shares and warrants of the combined company - renamed Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp. - began listing on NYSE American on March 15, 2019 under the names “BIOX” and “BIOX WS”, respectively, with an anticipated initial value of USD 456 million.
Due to this process, Bioceres has become the first Latin American biotech company listed on New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) American.
