We advised VIZRT on the acquisition of Flowics’ cloud-based platform

VIZRT, a leading company in the business of visual storytelling tools for media content creators, has acquired the cloud-based platform for remote and in-studio production of live graphics and interactive content for broadcasters’ business of the Argentine company Flowics, for an undisclosed amount.

Marval O’Farrell Mairal's team advising VIZRT was led by partner Hernan Slemenson, alongside associates Carolina Fiuza and Juan Pablo Lentino. Sam Olnen, in-house counsel to VIZRT, also advised the purchaser.
