Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised American Tower Corporation in the acquisition of 100% of Telxius Torres Argentina —which amounted up to approximately 40 million euros. On June 3, 2021, American Tower announced that it closed the Latin American tranche of its Telxius Towers acquisition, comprised of over 7,000 communications sites in Brazil, Peru, Chile, and Argentina, for total consideration of approximately 900 million euros.

The company, one of the largest global REITs, is a leading independent owner, operator, and developer of multitenant communications real estate with a portfolio of approximately 214,000 communications sites.
