In collaboration with the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, on Wednesday, March  5th , at 3:00 PM, our experts discussed the provisions of the recent Resolution MSAL 1/25, which regulates the end of contribution triangulation and its legal implications.

The event aimed to analyze the implications of this regulation, its effects on contribution management, the special situations arising from its implementation, and the latest legal precedents. It also covered relevant tax law topics and examined key procedural aspects for company executives managing contributions and health-related payments.

The session featured our partner Rodrigo Solá Torino and our associate Martín Emiliano Guala, together with Sebastián Otero, director  at Mercer Marsh Beneficios and Karen Gorosito, leader of the HR group at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. They approached the topic from both theoretical and practical perspectives, sharing their experiences on this important regulatory change.

The event was broadcast live on our LinkedIn profile for those who registered.
